My husband and I live in an apartment in Yonkers, NY with his two brothers both over 21. one of the brothers has a girlfriend who is 17, and she everyday come over to the house and sleeps here. I want her out of here. what do i do. I have asked her many time to go home and she ignores my husband and I. we split the rent 50% each side. me and my husband pays 50% and the other brother pays 50%. when we talk to his brother he gets very aggressive and mean and yells... killing is not an option... !! Talking to the brother doesn't work at all... we have tried many times... she is never here alone .. i would kick her out if she was... we tried to talk to her father.. he doesn't want to hear it and doesn't care.. mother is not in the picture... when we try to talk to her , the brother( her boyfriend) gets in the way and protects her and says he pays half so he has a right to bring anyone... i don't want the police involved...
